dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this paper is to analyse and discuss the legal regime of periodic housing rights in Mozambique, its evolution from the period before independence to the period after independence, and the admissible means of proof in the legal relationship of periodic housing. With this in mind, this work will explore the subject by means of a detailed analysis of the legislation in force in Mozambique during the colonial period and after the proclamation of independence, relating to the regulation of periodic housing rights in Mozambique, with the aim of identifying the legal regime of periodic housing rights in Mozambique, but on the other hand, a historical analysis will be made of the evolution of periodic housing rights. In addition to the doctrinal analysis carried out in this work, the aim is to present the legal framework that protected the rights in rem to periodic housing in the period before independence and the normative instruments that regulated the right to periodic housing in the post-independence period, which gives us an in-depth understanding of the historical evolution of the rights in rem to periodic housing in Mozambique. The proposed theme is developed in three chapters: the protection of the holder of tourist housing rights, the historical evolution of periodic housing rights; the legal relationship of periodic housing; the notion of the legal relationship of housing; evidential means in the legal relationship of periodic housing; and the legal relationship of periodic housing. In this way, the aim is to cover and identify the recurring problems in the legal relations of periodic housing and the respective legal solutions to resolve them and bring harmony and greater security to the legal relations of periodic housing. That is why we have not neglected to address the means of proof and their applicability in the legal relations of periodic housing and in the management of tourism and property developments, and finally, to identify the means of proof applicable in the legal relations of periodic housing, which are established mainly in the management of tourism and property development. dc.description.resumo	O presente trabalho tem por finalidade analisar e discutir o regime jurídico dos direitos reais de habitação periódica em moçambique, sua evolução desde o período antes da independência e o período após a independência e, os meios de prova admissíveis na relação jurídica de Com estes desideratos, o presente trabalho cingir-se-á na exploração do tema por meio de uma análise minuciosa da legislação vigente em moçambique no período colonial e após a proclamação da independência, referente a regulamentação dos direitos reias de habitação periódica em moçambique, visando identificar o regime jurídico do direito de habitação periódica em moçambique, mas por outro lado, far-se-á uma análise histórica da evolução do direito de habitação periódica. Além da análise doutrinária feita no presente trabalho, buscou se trazer o quadro legal que tutelou os direitos reais de habitação periódica no período antes da independência e, os instrumentos normativos que regulamentaram o direito de habitação periódica no período pós-independência, o que nos dá a entender com profundidade a evolução histórica dos direitos reais de habitação periódica em Moçambique. O tema proposto é desenvolvido em três capítulos: a protecção do titular de direito de habitação turística, evolução histórica dos direitos de habitação periódica; a relação jurídica de habitação periódica noção da relação jurídica de habitação; meios probatórios nas relações jurídicas de habitação periódica conceito, objecto e função de prova. Dessa forma, procura-se abarcar e identificar os problemas recorrentes nas relações jurídicas de habitação periódica e as respectivas soluções legais para dirimir e trazer harmonia e mais segurança nas relações jurídicas de habitação periódica. É dai que, não descorámos de abordar sobre os meios de prova e a sua aplicabilidade nas relações jurídicas de habitação periódica e na gestão dos empreendimentos turísticos e imobiliários, e por fim, identificar os meios probatórios aplicáveis nas relações jurídicas de habitação periódica que, se estabelecem principalmente na gestão de empreendimentos turísticos e imobiliários.	pt_BR
