Significados da inserção profissional para os jovens

Abstract

The present study discussed the Meanings of the Professional Insert for the Youths, as well as the perceptions in the way qualified young like of the "class low" build and they interpret his/her professional insert. The same had as objectivo to understand, in a sociological perspective, the professional insert, trying to identify the meanings of the insert in the market, to capture the expectations around this, as a process that happens in the youths' existence in this life phase, in that you/they try to enter in the job market. In methodological terms, the study opted for the qualitative approach, where he/she had as universe the resident youths in the neighborhood Infulene “D”, where the obtained data were by the semi-structured interview, for later to apply the deductive hypothetical method. It is a study that he/she analyzed the problem of the point of view of the combination of the theory of interpretation of Pais (1993) and social fields of Bourdieu (1989). The main defined and articulate concepts with the studied reality are qualification and professional insert. The study ended, considering on one side that the youths build and they interpret the professional insert based in the precarieade situation that you/they live and they sit down. And, on the other hand side showing that the professional qualification doesn't have a lineal relationship with the insert in the job market.
