| Título: | Contributo das receitas próprias nas receitas totais do orçamento municipal: caso do Município de cidade de Inhambane no período de 2010 - 2014 |

| Resumo: | O relatório foi resultado de uma pesquisa sobre o contributo das receitas próprias nas receitas totais do orçamento municipal, caso do município da cidade de Inhambane no período de 2010 à 2014. Para alcançar os objectivos usou-se pesquisas bibliográficas e documental, entrevistais semi-estruturadas com auxílio de questionário com perguntas abertas e observação não participativa e na análise dos dados usou-se pesquisas de natureza qualitativa ou quantitativa, onde foram quantificadas as receitas totais do orçamento municipal e qualificadas as fontes de receitas totais do orçamento municipal tendo processado os dados usado o Software Microsoft (ferramentas Word e Excel). Os resultados do estudo demonstram que na avaliação do desempenho financeiro do município da cidade de Inhambane, verificou- se uma insustentabilidade das despesas correntes através das receitas próprias do município, onde em média cobriram cerca de 43% das despesas correntes e com as receitas correntes as despesas correntes foram sustentáveis nos anos 2012 à 2014 e insustentáveis nos anos 2010 e 2011, no empenho, as receitas fiscais tiveram menor contributo nas receitas próprias tendo contribuído com uma média de 5026128,00mt no total de uma média de 20852083,00mt das receitas próprias, e as receitas totais do orçamento municipal dependem mais das fontes de receitas não próprias, onde estas cobriram em média 76% das receitas totais, e maior parte das despesas de capital do município foram financiadas pelo FIIL e Ajudas, onde estas financiaram cerca de 61,9% das despesas de capital do município. As receitas próprias arrecadadas pelo município tiveram menor contributo nas receitas totais do orçamento municipal da cidade de Inhambane, de modo que as receitas totais o orçamento municipal dependem de outras fontes de receitas não próprias (transferências fiscais efectuadas pelo governo central e doações), onde no total de 448707937,1mt de receitas totais do orçamento municipal do período em estudo, as receitas próprias contribuíram com 104260415,00mt correspondentes a 23,20%, as transferências fiscais efectuadas pelo governo central com 331976251,3mt equivalentes a 74% e as doações com 12471270,2mt correspondentes a 2,8%, o que indica que maior parte das receitas totais do orçamento municipal provêm das transferências fiscais efectuadas pelo governo central |
| Abstract: | The report was the result of a survey on the contribution of own revenues to revenues totals of the municipal budget, in the case of the municipality of the city of Inhambane in the period of 2010 to 2014. To achieve the objectives, bibliographic and documentary research was used, semi-structured interviews with the help of a questionnaire with open and non-participatory observation and data analysis used qualitative research or quantitative, where the total municipal budget revenues were quantified and the sources of total revenue from the municipal budget were qualified, having processed the data Microsoft Software (Word and Excel tools) was used.
